Estimated delivery times
All UK orders are shipped from our Leicestershire-based warehouse and we use carriers that ensure your items are received quickly and handled with care. Most deliveries are made within 2-5 Business Days but there are always some unknowns.
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances deliveries can take longer than expected. We will always work with you to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Orders can be tracked online and you should start to receive regular tracking updates within 2 Business Days of placing your order.

Shipping Locations
At the moment we only offer shipping to Australia and the United Kingdom. We are working on making deskka products available in other regions soon.

We accept AUD, and GBP, and depending on where you are browsing from we will do our best to direct you to the appropriate site that uses your base currency.
We enable you to offer your employees and clients a personalised corporate gift service that lets you personalise deskka™ products with your Branding, Custom Timber Laminate finishes Custom Aluminum Colours and create product packages that work for you and your giftees.
This service is very much custom and information on options and pricing is discussed on a case-by-case basis. Discounts and availability will always depend on the volume of your order.

deskka™ products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the day they were bought when they are used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Don’t use your desk stands as a stool or step ladder. Likewise, it’s not a great idea to use your mousepad as a coaster for your morning cuppa. Putting things that don’t belong on or in our products can cause undue stress on the materials and damage your purchase.
Our warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if the damage is caused by neglect, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind on a purchase.
To make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your deskka™ product through our website or one of our authorized resellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.
The deskka™ warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
We don’t offer phone support because we believe that we would not be able to provide the same effective assistance over the phone.
All our support is online-based via email which means that we always have a detailed account of all our communications with you that is easy to access and this prevents critical information from slipping through the cracks.
We’re a small enthusiastic team and online support, which means we can join forces with a wider support team and get to the bottom of an issue quicker and with less time wasted for you and us.

How do I redeem a gift card?
Super easy. Just use your digital gift card’s unique code at the checkout. You’ll see an option to add your Gift Card Number at the end of the checkout process on the payments page. Any leftover balances will remain on your account for next time.
Can I get a refund on my Gift Card?
We don’t offer refunds on Gift Cards, unfortunately.
Can I use my card after the expiration date?
Unfortunately, once the Gift Card has expired, it’s voided and cannot be used at the checkout.

Our Products
Timber Ply
deskka™ Premium Birch Ply is the highest grade available (A-Grade) and is graded as a face which mean we avoid knot holes and patches. It also has a high structural rating which means you can trust our desk risers with the important job of supporting your precious equipment.
Although we cover the face with A Grade Timber Veneer panels, it’s this extra mile using the A Grade Face Ply to do our very best to ensure the front edge of the Ply Stack which is visible on our products remains consistent and clean. This is also very important for the tricky business our routing the recess to fit our aluminium details and highlights.
Timber Veneer
deskka™ Premium Decorative Veneer is the highest grade available (A-Grade). We use a specific Veneer cut (either straight or crown cut) depending on the product to maintain consistency as well a very strict veneer matching process. It’s one of the most difficult parts of our job.
The thing is there will always be small imperfections and differences from Veneer panel to veneer panel and this is not a fault, it’s an inherent occurrence within the fibres of a natural product. The appearance of the grain in our veneer comes from slicing through the growth rings of a tree, and each veneer’s unique and beautiful visual characteristics and the colours on the timber will vary from piece to piece. This is part of the character and charm of natural timber products. And if you have any hesitation regarding this it’s best to find an alternative.
Aluminum
deskka™ Anodised & Brush finished Architectural Grade Aluminum Alloy. Specifically we use 6063 grade which is a medium strength alloy and is commonly referred to as Architectural Grade. It’s perfect for this application as we can get great consistency and the levels of magnesium in 6063 lend themselves to achieving stricter colour/anodise uniformity.
Anodising aluminum is a science and things that can affect the outcome range from alloy composition, heat history, hot/cold working, grain structure, inter-metallics, surface finish, uniformity, inclusions and contamination. Metals from different lots or tempers are always slightly different and this plays a part when anodising/colouring. We use very strict guidelines and controls to colour-match from batch to batch and the outcomes are controllable but do have a 5% variation, even after the strictest protocols are put in place.
Crazy Horse Leather
deskka™ Crazy Horse Leather is 100% high quality natural cowhide. Crazy Horse Leather is known for it’s beauty and durability and derives it’s name for it’s popularity in saddle making.
Being a natural product it has irregularities that contribute to each items unique and vintage look. Over time these unique irregularities are taken through the process of handling, wear & tear, and scratching that will only add to the rustic natural look. Your product will begin to show changes in hues and tones that only increase it’s character and beauty.

At deskka™ it’s our job to enable you to design your workspace. We always design for you. This process begins in Sydney, Australia where we start with a simple ethos – beautiful, functional desk accessories that are simple and designed with utility and customisable options in mind.
We conceptualise and prototype new products using all the best design gear and techniques right here in our Sydney offices. Occasionally we collaborate with designers from abroad to keep things fresh and for specific needs. We make design decisions that always translate to the very best design-based outcomes.
